Role overview

Build your career at Armundia Factory as a Junior Software Analyst. Act as a bridge between clients and engineering teams by understanding client needs, translating business requirements, and analyzing banking and financial processes.

Important: This is a functional and analytical role. It does not involve programming or coding.

What you'll do

• Act as a point of connection between clients and Armundia Factory's engineering team.
• Understand client issues and communicate them clearly to engineers.
• Help identify and propose solutions to client problems.
• Analyze banking and financial processes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent three-year university qualification in Economics, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of finance and banking.
• Basic knowledge of databases, including Oracle and MySQL.
• Ability to communicate clearly and develop an understanding of client needs across financial processes.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• At least intermediate communication skills in Italian and English.
