Armundia Factory CEO Stavri Pici featured in an article by Albania Economia Magazine

November 2025

We are pleased to share that our CEO, Stavri Pici, was recently interviewed by Albania Economia Magazine for an in-depth feature on the evolution of Albania’s ICT ecosystem.
In the interview, Pici describes a sector that has reached full maturity and continues to grow: over 40,000 professionals, 3,000 active companies, and the highest number of computer science graduates per capita in Central and Eastern Europe. A landscape that is no longer limited to service delivery but is experiencing a real qualitative leap.
The key shift? From outsourcing to co-design.
Albanian companies now contribute to system architecture, integrating into European teams as strategic partners, not as low-cost suppliers.
In a Europe facing an increasing demand for digital skills, Albania stands out for its proximity, talent, and real collaborative capabilities.
