MAIOR’s main goal was to increase its production capacity, both in terms of the number of tests carried out on software and in the quantity and frequency of releases released. Solution

Thanks to the partnership with Armundia Factory, MAIOR has achieved significant operational results:
- Increase in production capacity: The integration of the QA team allowed MAIOR to increase its production capacity by 133%, allowing it to manage a greater number of tests for each development cycle. For each software release, a number of tests between 100 and 600 were carried out, depending on the new features to be tested.
- Greater frequency of releases: The number of software releases intended for product evolution has been increased by 90% compared to the previous period, ensuring faster updates and continuous improvement of the product.
- Improved post-release stability: The adoption of advanced QA practices has led to a significant increase in the reliability of released versions, resulting in an improvement in the overall quality of the product.
