Pursuant to Law No. 96/2025 “On Whistleblowing and the Protection of Whistleblowers”
1. What you can report
You may report any act or omission that constitutes, or could constitute, a breach of the legal framework, of which you have become aware in your work-related context.
- Corrupt practices, fraud or misappropriation
- Breaches in financial services and markets
- Breaches of personal data protection and network security
- Money laundering or terrorist financing
- Other breaches falling within the scope of Law No. 96/2025 96/2025
2. Who can report
The right to report belongs to anyone who becomes aware of a breach in a work-related context, regardless of the nature or duration of the relationship.

Current or former, under any type of contract. - Job candidates
Persons in a selection or interview process. - Suppliers & partners
Subcontractors, collaborators, consultants. - Related persons
Facilitators, colleagues or relatives who may face retaliation.

3. How to report
The channel accepts reports by email and by post. You may also choose to remain fully anonymous.

Confidentiality
Your identity is protected and disclosed only with your express written consent.

Anonymity
Anonymous reports are accepted and handled on equal terms with any other report.

Protection from retaliation
Any retaliatory action against you because of a report is prohibited and null under the law.

Burden of proof
In case of retaliation, the burden of proving otherwise falls on the employer, not on you.
Independence of the mechanism
The whistleblowing mechanism is managed by an independent responsible unit — an external, licensed third party (OnLawOffice — Av. Orjon Nallbati) — in accordance with Article 14/8 of the Law and the criteria of point 20 of Instruction No. 1/2026. This independence guarantees impartial handling of every report, even where it concerns the Company’s management. In conflict-of-interest cases an independent substitute is designated. The whistleblower always retains the right to address ILDKPKI.
